Twin Cities Starlights is the official Little Sisters Mentorship Program of the Miss Twin Cities Scholarship Organization and proudly participates in the Miss America Little Sisters Mentorship Program. Designed for girls ages 5–12, Starlights is a place where confidence grows, friendships are formed, and every girl is encouraged to shine.

Through mentorship from our Miss and Teen titleholders, Starlights experience the heart of the Miss America Organization beyond the competition. They participate in fun activities, create lasting memories, and discover the values of Service, Scholarship, Success, Style, and Sisterhood in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Whether a Starlight dreams of one day competing on the Miss America stage or is simply looking for positive role models and new friendships, every participant is welcomed as part of the Team Twin Cities family. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of confident, compassionate young leaders while creating an experience they'll never forget.
